We made it!! Six weeks of revamping our diets and improving our fitness! Thanks and Congratulations to all of you who participated. The road was definitely not without it's bumps but you pushed through with the perseverance that marks all CrossFitters.
Many of you have told me how different you feel and the drop in WOD times has been remarkable for many of you. But most importantly, most of you have made this a true lifestyle change. Challenges are fun but not worth very much if you don't learn, grow or change through the process. That was the whole point behind this particular challenge as well. Our goal was to help you discover on your own the power of optimal nutrition whether it be expressed in stronger athletic performance or in better well-being and health in everyday life. So take what you have learned and keep on moving!!
And, YES! We will announce the winner - it was a compitition after all!! Final measurements need to be taken and all points tallied. It will be close between five very diligent participants. Stay tuned...
