That's right - CFABQ won the Fight Gone Bad IV regional trophy for the most money raised by area gyms with less than 25 competitors. You guys ROCK!!!

Don't forget to register for the Network Fitness Myofascial Coaches Clinic coming to CFABQ December 5 - 6. The clinic costs $375 but prices will go up in November. Non-members are welcome and pay an extra $25 at the door.
What will you learn?
Certified coaches will be teaching SMR, functional movements, and stretching techniques to help you increase flexibility, improve athletic performance, and speed recovery. You will learn to perform these techniques on yourself, as well as others, making this the perfect clinic for athletes, fitness buffs, and trainers alike.
Price includes two days of hands-on training, a 100-page booklet with instructions, and a kit containing two massage balls, a block, a quadroller and a footroller from Trigger Point Technologies.
